सतर्कता
मंत्रालय के सचिव की सहायता से संयुक्त सचिव (प्रशासन) द्वारा मंत्रालय की सतर्कता की जाती है। संयुक्त सचिव (प्रशासन) मंत्रालय और केंद्रीय सतर्कता आयोग (सीवीसी) के बीच मध्यस्थ के रूप में कार्य करता है। एक उप सचिव (प्रशासक) भी सीवीओ यानी संयुक्त सचिव (प्रशासन) को उनके कार्यों को पूरा करने में सहायता करते हैं। प्रत्येक वर्ष, मंत्रालय एक "सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह" मनाता है।

संयुक्त राष्ट्र विकास कार्यक्रम (यूएनडीपी) परियोजना- 'जनजातीय क्षेत्रों में राष्ट्रीय क्षमताओं को मजबूत करना ’
इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य समुदायों की मांग तथा पात्रता हासिल करने की क्षमता को मजबूत करते हुए तथा विकेन्द्रीकृत संस्थाएं समयबद्ध और कलंक-मुक्त सेवाएं प्रदान करे यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए बहिष्कृत समूह को भारत सरकार के समावेशी एजेंडे से लाभा सुनिश्चित करना है। इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य विशेष रूप से स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और आजीविका के मुद्दों पर जनजातीय एजेंडा के प्रभावी एकीकरण के लिए अंतर-मंत्रालयी अभिसरण की सुविधा प्रदान करना भी है, कानूनी परामर्श और सलाह का उद्देश्य वन अधिकार अधिनियम के सिद्धांतों को बनाए रखना और गलत तरीके से फैलाव को रोकना है। यह परियोजना राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर और राज्य स्तर पर (छत्तीसगढ़, झारखंड, महाराष्ट्र और ओडिशा में) कुल 3.20 मिलियन डॉलर के बजट के साथ काम करती है। परियोजना 2013 में शुरू हुई और 2017 में समाप्त हुई।

This is a Centrally Sponsored Schemes implemented through States/UTs. Funds are released by this Ministry to the State Governments/UTs based on their receipt of applications; verification and disbursement of scholarship to eligible ST students are done by the States/UTs. The scholarships to eligible students are disbursed to eligible students directly to their bank accounts through DBT. The scholarship criteria is as under:

NATIONAL FELLOWSHIP
The Scheme provides for financial assistance to selected students to pursue Post Graduation, PhD & Post-Doctoral study abroad.
Ministry of Tribal Affairs is fully committed to the smooth and effective implementation of the Direct Benefits Transfer (DBT). DBT aims to bring transparency, eliminate misuse of funds and enable enhanced monitoring of the Schemes implemented by the Government of India .In DBT ,benefit is being directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries . Public Finance Management System (PFMS) acts as the common Platform for DBT.
In order to ensure real-time financial disbursement directly to the beneficiaries and agencies and to bring transparency and accountability in such transactions as also to facilitate data sharing, eased communication and improved monitoring mechanism, adopting appropriate digital platform is incumbent as an e-governance tool. Accordingly, MoTA has developed dedicated portals in line with the resolve of the Government towards digital India to realize the motto of the Government to reach the beneficiary directly.
